Accessing Global Event App As A Participant
Overview
The Global Event App allows participants to view all events associated with their profile, switch between different event views, and open individual event apps directly from their preferred device and browser. Use the Global Event App to browse event listings, check event details, and quickly join events for which you are registered.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the Global Event App
- Open the Global Event App link shared by the event organiser.
- Sign in using your participant credentials, if required.
- After signing in you will land on the Global Event App homepage.
2. Access the event listing associated with the Global Event App
- On the homepage, review the list of events linked to your participant profile.
- Each event card shows key details such as name, date, and event status.
3. Change the list view to Calendar view
- Locate the view toggle or view options on the event listing page.
- Switch from List view to Calendar view.
- The calendar displays your events arranged by date and time for easier scheduling.
4. Join an event you are registered for
- Find the event in the listing or calendar view that you are registered for.
- Events you can join will display a Join Event button or link.
- Click Join Event to open that event’s specific Event App and access its content.
- Click on the Join Event button
- Selecting Join Event will navigate you directly into the event’s schedule, sessions and interactive features.
