Accessing and Managing the QR Code As a Participant

Overview

The QR Code Module in the Event App allows participants to access QR Codes for event entry or badge scanning. Participants can view the module in the app menu, access the QR Code screen, and toggle between entrance QR Codes and badge QR Codes.

Step-by-Step Approach

1. See the QR Code in the Event App Menu

• Open the Event App on your device.
• Locate the QR Code module in the Event App menu.

2. Access the QR Code Screen

• Click the QR Code module to open the QR Code screen.

3. Toggle Between Entrance QR Code and Badge QR Code

• Use the toggle switch to select between:
  • Entrance QR Code: Used for event check-in or entry scanning.
  • Badge QR Code: Displayed on your participant badge for scanning during sessions or activities.
• Switching the toggle updates the QR Code displayed on your screen.
