Accessing and Managing Notifications Module As a Participant
Overview
The Notifications Module allows participants to stay updated on event alerts, announcements, and messages. Participants can view notifications, manage their preferences, and access detailed information about each notification directly from the event app.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. See the Notifications in the Event App Menu
- Open the Event App on your device.
- Locate the Notifications module in the event app menu.
- The Notifications icon and label will be visible if the module has been activated by the event organiser.
2. Access the Notifications Screen
- Tap the Notifications module to open the Notifications screen.
- The Notifications screen displays the Notifications list to see all current and past notifications sent during the event.
3. Select or Unselect Allow Notifications
- As a participant, you can enable or disable notifications by toggling the Allow Notifications setting. This controls whether you receive push alerts from the event app.
4. Click on Any of the Notifications
- As a participant, you can tap on any notification in the list to view its full content, details, or associated actions.
