1. See the Clear Cache in the Event App Menu

• Open the Event App on your device.
• Locate the Clear Cache module in the Event App menu.

2. Access the Clear Cache Screen

• Tap the Clear Cache module to open its screen.

3. Remove Cache, Logout, or Upgrade to Latest Version

• On the Clear Cache screen, you can perform the following actions:
  • Remove Cache: Clear stored app data to free up space and refresh content.
  • Logout: Sign out of your participant account.
  • Upgrade to Latest Version: Update the app to the newest version for optimal performance.
