Accessing and Managing Profile Module As a Participant
Overview
The Profile Module in the Event App allows participants to view and manage their personal information. Participants can update profile details, select preferences, change the app language, and upload or edit their profile image.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. See the Profile in the Event App Menu
- Open the Event App on your device.
- Locate the Profile module in the Event App menu.
2. Access the Profile Screen
- Tap the Profile module to open the profile screen.
3. Enter or Edit Details in Profile Text Fields
- Click on any text field (e.g., Name, Email, Company) to enter or edit your details.
- Tap Save to confirm changes.
4. Select Profile Fields from the Select Fields
- Use the dropdown or select fields on the profile screen to update your information, such as Job Title or Department.
- Save your changes after selection.
5. Access the Language Screen
- Tap the Language option on the profile screen to open language settings.
6. Select Preferred App Language
- Choose your preferred language from the available options.
- Confirm the selection to update the app interface.
7. Select and Upload Profile Image
- Tap the profile image placeholder to select an image from your device.
- Crop the image to adjust the visible area.
- Upload the cropped image to update your profile picture.
Choose a clear profile image to make your profile easily recognizable to other participants.
