Accessing and Managing Questions Module As a Participant

The Questions Module allows participants to engage actively during the event by submitting, liking, and responding to questions in real time. This feature helps promote interaction and provides a platform for sharing insights or seeking clarifications during sessions or event discussions.

Step-by-Step Approach

1. See the Questions in the Event App Menu

  • Open the Event App on your device.
  • Locate the Questions module in the event app menu.

2. View Approved Questions from All Participants

  • On the Q&A module, go through the list of All Questions.
  • All approved questions submitted by all participants will be visible.

3. Add and Submit a Question

  • Locate the question input field within the Q&A module.
  • Enter your question in the provided textbox.
  • Click on the Submit button to send your question.
  • The submitted question will be subject to approval before becoming visible to others.

4. Enter a Question in the Textbox

  • Click inside the question textbox.
  • Type your question clearly and concisely.
  • Ensure the content is relevant to the selected session before submitting.

5. Like an Approved Question

  • On the list of approved questions, select a question.
  • Click on the Like icon associated with the question.
  • The like count will increase, indicating participant interest in that question.

6. Dislike an Approved Question

  • On the list of approved questions, select a question.
  • Click on the Dislike icon associated with the question.
  • The dislike count will update accordingly.

7. Update Your Reaction (Like/Dislike)

  • If needed, you can change your reaction:
    • Click on the Like icon to switch from dislike to like.
    • Click on the Dislike icon to switch from like to dislike.
  • The system will update your preference instantly.

8. Response from Moderators

  • On the Questions list for approved questions.
  • See the inline responses from moderators,if provided.

Key Notes

  • Only approved questions are visible to all participants.
  • Submitted questions may require moderator approval.
  • Engagement actions (like/dislike) help prioritize relevant questions during the session.
