Managing Workflows — Custom Processes
Overview
The Custom Processes area in the Workflow module allows you to create and manage automated workflows that run based on defined rules and triggers. From this menu, you can view all existing custom processes, access them in the Workflow Editor, and configure how they behave within your registration or engagement workflows.
Use this feature to manage automation such as conditional routing, segmentation, notifications, tagging, and other custom logic.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the Custom Processes menu
- On the Event dashboard, go to the Workflow module.
- Click Custom Processes in the left navigation menu.
This opens the Custom Processes list view.
2. View Custom Processes in list view
- See all available Custom Processes
- View key details such as:
- Process name
- Type or category (if applicable)
- Status (active/inactive)
- Last modified details
This page allows you to quickly review existing workflow logic.
3. Open a Custom Process in the Workflow Editor
To edit or review a process:
- Click on the name of a Custom Process in the list.
- The Workflow Editor opens.
- You can now:
- View process logic
- Edit workflow actions or conditions

This is where all configuration changes are made.
