Configuring Configure Dependency Condition for Event Products

Dependency conditions for event products allow you to control product visibility and availability based on predefined rules. By applying dependencies to products, you can ensure that participants see only relevant products based on their profile details, selections, or registrations. This article explains how to configure and apply dependency conditions on event products.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the Event Products module
- On the Event Dashboard, go to Tickets and Products.
- Select the Products sub menu.
2. Open the product detail page
- Select an existing product or add a new product.
- Open the product detail page to view the product details.
3. Configure dependency condition
- Locate the Dependency field on the product detail page.
- Review the list of available dependencies displayed in the select field.
- Select the appropriate dependency for the product from the select field.
- Save the selected details.
