Executing Single/Multi-Row Actions for a Webpage
Overview
Single-row and multi-row actions allow organizers to manage webpages efficiently from the Pages listing. Multi-row actions help apply common changes to multiple webpages at once, saving time, while single-row actions provide full control over individual webpages, including content updates, publishing status, translations, and layout settings.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the WebPages Listing
- On the Event Dashboard, go to the Contents module.
- Select the Pages submenu.
- The listing displays all webpages created for the event along with their current status, name, and available actions.
2. Execute Multi-Row Actions
- Select multiple webpages using the checkboxes next to each page name.
-
Click More Options (⋮) and select one of the following actions to apply the
same configuration across all selected webpages:
- Change Theme – Apply a selected theme to multiple webpages to maintain visual consistency.
- Add Header – Add or update the header section for all selected webpages.
- Add Footer – Add or update the footer section for all selected webpages.

- When you select Translate Page Name, a language selection field is displayed.
- Select the required language from the Language dropdown.
- Enter the translated page name and save your changes.
