Adding and Configuring Three Heading on the Event App

Overview

The Three Headings component in the Event App Web Builder allows you to display structured content in three separate sections, each with its own heading, text, and action button. This component is ideal for showcasing key features, highlights, or important information in a clean and organized layout.

Using the Web Builder, you can easily add the component, customize headings and text with merge tags, configure the “View Details” button, and adjust the layout as needed.

Step-by-Step Approach

1. Add the Three Headings Component

On the Event dashboard, navigate to the Content module.
Select Pages submenu.
Open the required event app page in edit mode.
Drag and drop the Three Headings onto the desired section of your webpage.

2. Configure Heading and Text

Click on the component to open its settings panel.
Enter or edit the following:
- ID for Heading/Text – Provide a unique identifier.
- Title for Heading/Text – Add the heading and supporting text content.

3. Edit and Style Heading/Text

Click directly on the heading/text within the Web Builder.
Use the available options to:
- Insert merge tags for dynamic content
- Apply styling and formatting (font size, color, alignment, etc.)
- Adjust layout and spacing for better presentation

4. Configure the “View Details” Button

In the settings panel:
- Enter or edit the ID for the View Details button.
- Select a URL from the URL selection field.
- Choose the Target option (e.g., open in same tab or new tab).

5. Customize Button Text and Style

Click on the View Details button in the Web Builder.
Use the available options to:
- Rename the button using merge tags if needed
- Apply styling and formatting (font, size, color, alignment)

6. Reposition the Three Headings Component

Drag the component to move it to a different section on the page.
Ensure placement aligns with your page layout and design.

7. Remove the Three Headings Component

Select the component.
Click on the Delete/Remove option.
Confirm to remove it from the page.
