Adding and Configuring Custom Heading (H1–H6) for the Event App
Overview
The Custom Heading (H1–H6) component in the Event App Web Builder allows you to add flexible heading elements with different hierarchy levels to your event webpage. This helps structure content effectively while maintaining consistent design and readability.
Using this component, you can define heading types (H1 to H6), apply merge tags for dynamic content, and customize styling and formatting as per your requirements.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Add the Custom Heading Component
- On the Event dashboard, navigate to the Content module.
- Select Pages submenu.
- Open the required event app page in edit mode.
- Drag and drop Heading H1-H6 component onto the desired section of your webpage.
2. Configure Custom Heading
- Click on the component to open its settings panel.

Enter or edit the following:
- ID – Provide a unique identifier.
- Title – Add the heading text to be displayed.
- Type – Select the heading type (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, or H6) from the dropdown.
3. Edit and Style the Heading
- Click directly on the heading within the Web Builder.

Use the available options to:
- Insert merge tags for dynamic content
- Apply styling and formatting (font size, color, alignment, etc.)
- Adjust layout and spacing for better presentation
4. Reposition the Custom Heading
- Drag the component to move it to a different section of the page.
- Ensure placement aligns with your page layout and design.
5. Remove the Custom Heading
- Select the component.
- Click on the Delete/Remove option.
- Confirm to remove it from the page.
