Merging All Participants into One Document
This article explains how to generate a single merged document containing all selected participants.
Step by Step Merging All Participants into One Document
1. Create the .docx Template
Create a .docx file (must be .docx)
containing the text below. Everything else in the document can be customized.

This structure ensures that:
- Each participant’s first name and last name are included
- A page break is inserted after each participant
- All selected participants are merged into one single document
2. Upload the Document to the Event
- Go to the Documents module inside the event.
- Upload the
.docxfile. - Make sure to upload the document at Event level, not Global level.
3. Select Participants
- Navigate to the Participants module.
- Select (all of) the participants you want to include.
- Click the Actions menu.
- Choose the option "Document".
4. Choose Merge Option
In the popup window, select the option:
"Merge into one document"
This will combine all selected participants into a single file.
5. Download the Merged Document
Once the process is completed, you can download the generated document containing the merged participant list.
