The Audit tab provides a complete audit trail of all CRM-related updates performed on a participant. 5. Understand the Audit Entry Structure
-
Each audit record follows a standardized structure:
- Module – The source module where the update originated.
- Action – The type of action performed (create, update, assign, etc.).
- Object – The specific object or record that was affected.
- This structure helps quickly identify what changed, where it changed, and how it was modified.

By offering list and thumbnail views, user-based filtering, and a structured Module/Action/Object format, administrators can easily track changes across Email Campaigns, Activities, Tickets, Participant Details, and Event App interactions.
