Accessing Participant Messages
Overview
The Messages tab in the Participant Detail View allows event administrators to review all messages triggered for a specific participant. This includes messages sent through integrated services such as Zapier, providing visibility into both automated and manually triggered communications.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the Messages Tab View
- Open the participant’s detail view from the Participants module.
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- The Messages tab displays all messages associated with the selected participant.
2. View the List of Triggered Messages
- Review the list of messages that have been triggered for the participant.
- Each entry represents a message event with relevant details such as message type and status.
- This list helps track communication history for the participant.
3. Receive Messages Triggered via Zapier Integrations
- Messages sent using Zapier integrations appear in the Messages list.
- These messages are received by the participant through the configured Zapier workflow.
- Administrators can verify that Zapier-triggered messages were successfully sent and received.
