I. About the Participant list module
The Participant List module allows participants to easily browse, search, and the details of all event attendees.
II. Configuring the Participants module
The list of participants will automatically be populated with the Participants module data. You can add it to the Event app top/bottom menu. Inside the Event app module, you can tweak the following details:
- Filter participants: You can choose to display all the participants in a single list, or to categorize them. See the section "III. Filtering participants using categories" below for more details.

Stage: You can choose which participants to list in the Event app:
- All the participants regardless of their stage
- Only the participants who are in the stage "Arrival"
- Participants who are in a stage "Pre-arrival" and in a stage "Arrival"
- Select list view fields: Select the fields to be displayed in the participants overview list
- Select detailed view fields: Select the fields to be displayed when clicking a participant's profile
III. Filtering participants using categories
You can organize your list of participants into categories using the setting "Filter participants", by selecting the option "Use category".
- Select the custom select field of your choice (e.g. "Registering as")
- Specify how many tabs do you need (i.e. which values from this select field will be used to create categories)
- Scroll down to find the tab sections: Name each tag and select the related field value (e.g. select the value "Sponsors" and name the tab "Sponsors")
IV. Using the list of participants as a participant
Once enabled, participants can browse and search for participant profiles. They can also start private chats from here.
