I. About the Participant list module
The Participant List module allows participants to easily browse, search, and the details of all event attendees.
II. Configuring the Participants module
The list of participants will automatically be populated with the Participants module data. You can add it to the Event app top/bottom menu. Inside the Event app module, you can tweak the following details:
- Fields: Select the fields to be displayed in the participants overview list
- Detail fields: Select the fields to be displayed when clicking a participant's profile
- Display only arrived participants: Only show the participants who have checked in at the event
- Show all participants: Show all the participants that exist in the Event's Participants module
- Categories: Create participant categories in the participants overview list, using your custom participant fields (e.g. using the custom field "Participant type", create multiple categories using the field's values - "Regular", "Speaker", "Sponsor", etc.)
III. Using the list of participants as a participant
Once enabled, participants can browse and search for participant profiles. They can also start private chats from here.
