- Setting privacy options for public events, where any person with the link can access the website.
- Configuring private events for invitation-only access or requiring an access code.
To update the privacy settings of the event, navigate to the Event dashboard (event level) -> Settings tab -> Event visibility.
Open to the public
- Anyone with the link to the event can access it.
Invitations-only
- Participant can access the event only from the invitation/confirmation emails they have received, using the available buttons.
- Attempting to open the website from its link will result in an error.
Attempting to access the event via its link
Access code
- Participants must enter the access code in order to access the event.
- Select "Only those with a login" -> "Access code"
