Event templates allow you to save time and maintain consistency when creating new events. After fully creating and customizing an event, you can save it as a template for future use. This ensures you don’t have to start from scratch every time you set up a similar event.
Create as many templates as you need, update them whenever needed
You can create as many templates as needed, which is especially useful when managing events with different scopes, procedures, or processes. Templates are flexible and can be updated at any time, just like regular events, allowing you to refine them as your needs evolve.
Update the events created from a template
When you create an event from a template, you have the freedom to modify every component of that specific event without affecting the original template. This allows for customization while maintaining the integrity of your predefined templates.
Keeping templates under control
While templates are a great way to streamline event creation, keep in mind that updates to a common element across multiple templates must be made manually in each template. For this reason, we recommend creating multiple templates primarily when your events have significantly different requirements, such as varying participant journeys, content, or workflows.
