Creating a Multi-Registration Paid Event(Ticket Type) from Event Preset
Overview
The Event Library provides predefined templates to streamline event setup. The Multi-Registration Paid event preset is designed for events that require payment while supporting multiple participant registrations in a single flow.
This preset includes configurations for pricing and payment, along with pre-configured workflows, processes, and participant fields, allowing users to efficiently manage paid multi-participant events.
Step-by-Step Approach
- On the Events module, click on the + Event button.
- Click on the Event from Event Library thumbnail.
- Select the Multi-Registration Paid event preset to start event creation.
- Enter the required Event Details such as event name, date, time, pricing, and other relevant configurations.
- Complete the setup and proceed to create the event.
- Navigate to the Event Workflow section and verify the presence of the Multi-Registration workblock.
- Go to the Processes section and confirm that Multi-Registration-related processes are automatically added.
- Navigate to the Participant Fields section and verify that Multi-Registration-related fields are available for capturing multiple participant details.
Expected Outcome
- Multi-Registration Paid event is created successfully
- Multi-Registration workblock is available in the workflow
- Required processes are pre-configured
- Participant fields support multiple registrations
- Payment and pricing configurations are enabled
