Configuring PayOne Payment Integration
Overview
The Payone Payment Integration allows administrators to securely connect their event platform with Payone for processing online payments. Admins can configure authentication credentials, define environment settings, manage webhook details, and control refund execution to ensure smooth and secure payment operations. Additionally, team-based access controls can be applied for managing integration responsibilities effectively.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New Payone Payment Integration
- Go to the Integration section under the General dashboard.
- Click on New Integration and select PayOne as the payment gateway.
- Name your integration for easy identification.
2. Enter or Edit Authentication and Configuration Details
- Enter or edit your API Key.
- Enter or edit your API Secret.
- Enter or edit your PSPID.
- Enter or edit your Webhook ID.
- Enter or edit your Webhook Secret.
3. Select Environment and Authorization Settings
- From the select fields on the integration form, choose the appropriate Environment — Test or Live.
- Select the Authorization type required for your Payone setup.
4. Configure Refund Option
- Check or uncheck the Execute Refund checkbox based on whether you want refunds to be automatically processed through the integration.
5. Activate or Deactivate the Integration
- After saving your configuration, toggle to Activate or Deactivate the Payone Integration as required.
6. Remove the Payone Integration
- To disconnect the integration, click the delete icon for the Payone Integration in your payment configuration settings.
7. Manage Teams Access
- Access the Teams Listing to view the teams with integration access.
- Click Select Teams from the pop-up window to assign specific teams to manage the Payone Integration.
- Remove teams from the listing when access is no longer required.
By configuring the Payone Payment Integration, administrators can streamline payment operations, control refund processing, and manage team permissions to ensure a secure and efficient payment workflow across events.
