Configuring Accounting - Sap Finance - Order Integration

Overview
The Accounting – SAP Finance – Order integration enables administrators to connect the platform with SAP Finance to exchange accounting and order-related data. Administrators can configure authentication details, map accounting and order item fields, manage activation status, control team access, and monitor integration activity through logs to ensure accurate and secure financial data synchronization.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New Accounting – SAP Finance Integration
- On the General Dashboard, go to Navigations.
- Click + Integration.
- Select Accounting as the Integration Type and SAP Finance as the Subtype.
- Enter a name for the integration.
- Click Save.
2. Enter or Edit Authentication and Connection Details
After creating the integration, you can enter or update the required connection information.
- Username
- Password
- URL
- External Contact Reference in Azavista
Save your changes to apply the updated configuration.
3. Enter or Edit Password
- Open the integration configuration.
- Update the Password field.
- Click Save.
4. Enter or Edit URL
- Open the integration settings.
- Edit the URL field.
- Click Save.
5. Enter or Edit External Contact Reference in Azavista
- Open the integration configuration.
- Edit the External Contact Reference in Azavista field.
- Save the changes.
6. Select Accounting Fields
You can define which contact and accounting-related fields are sent to SAP Finance.

- External User ID
- Organization
- Tax Number
Select the fields that match your SAP Finance data requirements.
7. Select Order Item Fields
Order-related data can also be mapped and synchronized.
- Event ID
- Delivery Date
8. Activate or Deactivate the Integration
- Open the integration.
- Toggle the Status switch to activate or deactivate.
- Save your changes.
- Activated: Data is synchronized with SAP Finance.
- Deactivated: No data is sent to SAP Finance.
9. Remove the Accounting – SAP Finance Integration
- Open the integration details.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the action.
10. Access the Logs Listing
- Open the SAP Finance integration.
- Navigate to the Logs tab.
11. Clear the Log Listing
- Go to the Logs section.
- Click Clear Logs.
- Confirm the action.
12. Access the Teams Listing
- Open the integration.
- Navigate to the Teams tab.
13. Select Teams
- Click Select Teams.
- Choose one or more teams from the list.
- Confirm your selection.
14. Remove Teams
- Locate the team in the Teams listing.
- Click Remove next to the team.
- Save the changes.
