Configuring External CRM – Tito Integration
Overview
The External CRM – Tito integration allows administrators to connect Azavista with Tito in order to synchronize contacts, organizations, events, and members. This integration supports configurable credentials, version and event template selection, throttling control, webhook usage, field-level mappings, sync direction management, team-based access, and monitoring through logs and inspection views.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New External CRM – Tito Integration
- On the General Dashboard, go to Integrations.
- Click + Integration.
- Select External CRM as the integration type.
- Select Tito as the CRM subtype.
- Enter a meaningful Integration Name to identify the integration.
- Click Save.
2. Enter or Edit Account Details
- Enter or update the Account Name associated with your Tito account.
- Enter or update the Slug value provided by Tito.
- Enter or update the API Access Token generated in Tito.
3. Select Version
- From the Version select field, choose the appropriate Tito API version.
4. Select Event Template
- From the Event Template select field, choose the event template that should be used for synchronization.
5. Configure Throttling
- Select or unselect the Throttling checkbox.
- Selected: API requests are rate-limited.
- Unselected: No throttling is applied.
Enter or Edit Throttling Time
- When throttling is enabled, enter or update the Throttling Time value.
- This value defines the delay between consecutive API requests.
6. Copy the Webhook URL
- Locate the Webhook URL field in the integration form.
- Click Copy to copy the webhook URL.
- Use this URL when configuring webhooks in Tito.
7. Save and Activate / Deactivate the Integration
- Click Save to store the integration configuration.
- Use the Activate / Deactivate toggle to control the integration state.
- Active: Data synchronization is enabled.
- Inactive: Data synchronization is paused.
8. Remove the External CRM – Tito Integration
- From the integrations listing, locate the Tito integration.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm the action to permanently delete the integration.
9. Contact Mapping
- Open the Tito integration.
- Navigate to Contact Mapping.
Add Field Mapping
- Click Add Mapping.
- Select the Azavista Field.
- Select the corresponding Target CRM Field.
Search and Map Fields
- Use the search option to quickly locate Azavista or Tito fields.
Select Sync Direction
- Choose the required sync direction (for example, Bidirectional or InBound, Outbound).
Remove Mapping
- Remove the mapping from the listing when it is no longer required.
10. Organization Mapping
- Navigate to Organization Mapping.
Add Field Mapping
- Click Add Mapping.
- Map the selected Azavista Field to the appropriate Target CRM Field.
Select Sync Direction
- Define how organization data flows between systems.
Remove Mapping
- Remove the mapping from the listing as needed.
11. Event Mapping
- Navigate to Event Mapping.
Add Field Mapping
- Click Add Mapping.
- Map Azavista Event Fields to corresponding Target CRM Fields.
Select Sync Direction
- Choose the appropriate sync direction for event data.
Remove Mapping
- Remove unwanted mappings from the listing.
12. Member Mapping
- Navigate to Member Mapping.
Add Field Mapping
- Click Add Mapping.
- Map Azavista Member Fields to Target CRM Fields.
Select Sync Direction
- Define how member data is synchronized.
Remove Mapping
- Remove mappings from the listing when required.
13. Access and Clear Logs
- Open the integration.
- Navigate to the Logs tab to view sync activity and errors.
- Click Clear Logs to remove existing log entries.
14. Access the Inspect Listing
- From the integration menu, select Inspect.
- This view provides detailed information about individual sync actions and payloads.
15. Access the Teams Listing
- Navigate to the Teams tab within the integration.
- This section controls which teams can access or manage the integration.
Select Teams
- Click Select Teams.
- Choose one or more teams from the Select Teams pop-up.
- Confirm your selection.
Remove Teams from Listing
- Click Remove next to a team to revoke its access.
Once configured, the External CRM – Tito integration ensures reliable, controlled, and consistent data synchronization between Azavista and Tito.
