Configuring External CRM – Eventbrite Integration
Overview
The External CRM – Eventbrite integration allows administrators to connect the platform with Eventbrite to synchronize contacts, organizations, events, and members. Admins can authenticate using a private token, configure throttling, define data synchronization directions, map fields between Azavista and Eventbrite, monitor logs, inspect sync activity, and manage access through team-based permissions.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New External CRM – Eventbrite Integration
- On the General Dashboard, go to Integrations.
- Click + Integration.
- Select External CRM – Eventbrite from the integration list.
- Enter a meaningful name for the integration.
- Save the integration.
2. Enter or Edit the Private Token
- Open the External CRM – Eventbrite integration.
- Locate the Private Token field.
- Enter or update the token provided by Eventbrite.
- Save your changes.
3. Select Version and Event
- Open the integration.
- Select the required Version from the dropdown.
- Select the Event from the event selection field.
- Save your changes.
4. Select or Unselect the Throttling Checkbox
- Open the integration.
- Locate the Throttling checkbox.
- Select the checkbox to enable throttling.
- Unselect the checkbox to disable throttling.
- Save your changes.
5. Enter or Edit Throttling Time
- Ensure throttling is enabled.
- Locate the Throttling Time field.
- Enter or update the throttling value.
- Save your changes.
6. Copy the Webhook URL
- Open the External CRM – Eventbrite integration.
- Locate the Webhook URL field.
- Click Copy to copy the URL.
7. Activate or Deactivate the Integration
- Open the integration.
- Use the Activate / Deactivate toggle.
- Activated: Eventbrite synchronization is enabled.
- Deactivated: No data is synchronized.
- Confirm the status change.
8. Access Contact Mapping
- Open the integration.
- Navigate to the Contact Mapping section.
- Select the Sync Direction.
- Click Add Field Mapping.
- Search and map the Azavista field to the target CRM field.
- Remove field mappings when no longer needed.
9. Access Organization Mapping
- Navigate to the Organization Mapping section.
- Select the Sync Direction.
- Add field mappings.
- Search and map Azavista fields to target CRM fields.
- Remove field mappings when required.
10. Access Event Mapping
- Navigate to the Event Mapping section.
- Select the Sync Direction.
- Add field mappings.
- Search and map Azavista fields to target CRM fields.
11. Access Member Mapping
- Navigate to the Member Mapping section.
- Select the Sync Direction.
- Add field mappings.
- Search and map Azavista fields to target CRM fields.
- Remove field mappings when required.
16. Access and Clear Logs
- Open the integration.
- Navigate to the Logs tab to view sync activity and errors.
- Click Clear Logs to remove existing log entries.
11. Access the Inspect Listing
- From the integration menu, select Inspect.
- This view provides detailed information about individual sync actions and payloads.
14. Access the Teams Listing
- Open the integration.
- Navigate to the Teams tab.
15. Select Teams from the Select Teams Pop-Up
- Click Select Teams.
- Browse or search for teams in the pop-up.
- Select one or more teams.
- Click Select to confirm.
- The selected teams appear in the Teams listing.
16. Remove Teams from the Listing
- In the Teams listing, locate the team to remove.
- Click the More Options (⋮) icon next to the team name.
- Select Remove teams.
17. Remove the External CRM – Eventbrite Integration
- Open the integration.
- Click Delete or Remove Integration.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once configured, the External CRM – Eventbrite integration enables reliable synchronization with Eventbrite, flexible field mapping, detailed monitoring, and controlled access across teams.
