Configuring UTM Code Integration
Overview
The UTM Code Integration allows administrators to capture and manage UTM parameters by mapping them to predefined contact fields. This helps track the source, medium, campaign, and other attribution data associated with users or registrations. Admins can create, manage, activate, and control access to UTM Code integrations, ensuring accurate data collection and team-specific visibility.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New UTM Code Integration
- On the General Dashboard, go to Integrations.
- Click + Integration.
- Enter a meaningful name for the integration to help identify its purpose.
- Save the integration.
2. Select a Contact Field for UTM Attributes
- Open the created UTM Code integration.
- Locate the UTM Code Integration Attributes section.
- From the Select Field dropdown, choose the appropriate contact field.
- Repeat this process for each UTM attribute you want to capture.
- Save your changes.
3. Activate or Deactivate the UTM Code Integration
- Open the UTM Code integration.

Use the Activate/Deactivate toggle:
- Activated: UTM data will be captured and stored.
- Deactivated: UTM data will not be collected.
- Confirm the status change.
4. Access the Teams Listing
- Open the UTM Code integration.
- Navigate to the Teams tab within the integration.
5. Select Teams from the Select Teams Pop-Up
- In the Select Teams pop-up, browse or search for the required teams.
- Select one or more teams to associate with the integration.
- Click Select to include the chosen teams.
- The selected teams appear in the Teams listing.
6. Remove Teams from the Listing
- In the Teams listing, locate the team you want to remove.
- Click the More Options (⋮) icon next to the team name.
- Select Remove teams.
7. Remove the UTM Code Integration
- Open the UTM Code integration.
- Click Delete or Remove Integration.
- Confirm the deletion.
Note: Removing the integration permanently disables UTM data capture for this configuration.
Once configured, the UTM Code integration helps ensure consistent tracking and accurate attribution across your teams and campaigns.
