Configuring Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing Integration
Overview
The Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing integration allows administrators to configure and manage conferencing capabilities for virtual events. This integration enables controlled activation, locking behaviour, and team-based access, ensuring that conferencing settings are applied consistently and only to the intended teams.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing Integration
- On the General Dashboard, go to Integrations.
- Click + Integration.
- Select Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing from the available integration types.
- Enter a meaningful name for the integration to clearly identify its purpose.
- Save the integration.
2. Activate or Deactivate the Integration
- Open the Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing integration.

Use the Activate/Deactivate toggle:
- Activated: The conferencing integration is enabled for use.
- Deactivated: The conferencing integration is disabled and unavailable.
- Confirm the status change.
3. Select or Unselect the Is Locked Checkbox
- Open the Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing integration.
- Locate the Is locked checkbox.
- Select the checkbox to lock the integration settings.
- Unselect the checkbox to allow edits.
- Save your changes.
4. Access the Teams Listing
- Open the Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing integration.
- Navigate to the Teams tab.
5. Select Teams from the Select Teams Pop-Up
- Click Select Teams.
- In the Select Teams pop-up, browse or search for the required teams.
- Select one or more teams to associate with the integration.
- Click Select to confirm.
- The selected teams appear in the Teams listing.
6. Remove Teams from the Listing
Remove teams that no longer require access.
- In the Teams listing, locate the team you want to remove.
- Click the More Options (⋮) icon next to the team name.
- Select Remove teams.
7. Remove the Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing Integration
- Open the Virtual Event – Azavista Conferencing integration.
- Click Delete or Remove Integration.
- Confirm the deletion.
Note: Removing the integration disables Azavista Conferencing for this configuration.
