The Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV integration allows administrators to configure and manage Join Crowd TV access for virtual events. This integration enables admins to connect event-specific details such as ticket codes and event identifiers, control activation status, and manage team-based access to ensure a smooth and secure virtual event experience.

Step-by-Step Approach

1. Create a New Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV Integration

  • On the General Dashboard, go to Integrations.
  • Click + Integration.
  • Select Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV from the list of available integration types.
  • Enter a meaningful name for the integration to clearly identify its purpose.
  • Save the integration.

2. Activate or Deactivate the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV Integration

  • Open the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV integration.
  • Use the Activate/Deactivate toggle:
    • Activated: The Join Crowd TV integration is enabled and available for use.
    • Deactivated: The integration is disabled and unavailable.
  • Confirm the status change.

3. Enter or Edit Ticket Code, Section ID, and Event Slug

  • Open the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV integration.
  • Locate the fields for Ticket Code, Section ID, and Event Slug.
  • Enter or update the required values.
  • Save your changes.

4. Access the Teams Listing

  • Open the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV integration.
  • Navigate to the Teams tab.

5. Select Teams from the Select Teams Pop-Up

  • Click Select Teams.
  • In the Select Teams pop-up, browse or search for the required teams.
  • Select one or more teams to associate with the integration.
  • Click Select to confirm.
  • The selected teams appear in the Teams listing.

6. Remove Teams from the Listing

  • In the Teams listing, locate the team you want to remove.
  • Click the More Options (⋮) icon next to the team name.
  • Select Remove teams.

7. Remove the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV Integration

  • Open the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV integration.
  • Click Delete or Remove Integration.
  • Confirm the deletion.

Note: Removing the integration disables Join Crowd TV access for this configuration.

Once configured, the Virtual Event – Join Crowd TV integration helps ensure secure access and a consistent virtual event experience across your teams.
