Configuring Whitelabel URL – External Integration
Overview
The Whitelabel URL – External integration allows administrators to configure and manage external marketing URLs using a whitelabel setup. This integration helps ensure consistent branding, controlled activation, and team-based access when working with external URLs.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a New Whitelabel URL – External Integration
- On the General Dashboard, go to Integrations.
- Click + Integration.
- Select Whitelabel URL – External from the list of integration types.
- Enter a meaningful name for the integration.
- Save the integration.
2. Enter or Edit the Marketing URL
- Open the Whitelabel URL – External integration.
- Locate the Marketing URL field.
- Enter or edit the required external URL.
- Save your changes.
3. Activate or Deactivate the Whitelabel URL – External Integration
- Open the Whitelabel URL – External integration.
- Use the Activate / Deactivate toggle.
- Activated: The external whitelabel URL is enabled and available for use.
- Deactivated: The integration is disabled and unavailable.
- Confirm the status change.
4. Access the Teams Listing
- Open the Whitelabel URL – External integration.
- Navigate to the Teams tab.
5. Select Teams from the Select Teams Pop-Up
- Click Select Teams.
- In the Select Teams pop-up, browse or search for the required teams.
- Select one or more teams.
- Click Select to confirm.
- The selected teams appear in the Teams listing.
6. Remove Teams from the Listing
- In the Teams listing, locate the team you want to remove.
- Click the More Options (⋮) icon next to the team name.
- Select Remove teams.
7. Remove the Whitelabel URL – External Integration
- Open the Whitelabel URL – External integration.
- Click Delete or Remove Integration.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once configured, the Whitelabel URL – External integration provides a controlled and branded way to manage external marketing URLs while ensuring the right teams have access and the integration can be enabled or disabled as needed.
