Uploading Custom Badge Fonts
Overview
You can upload and use your own custom fonts for badge designs in the Badge Fonts section of the Onsite Check-In module. Ensure that the font files are in .TTF format and the font names do not exceed 19 characters. Follow the steps below to upload and manage your custom fonts.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Steps to Upload Custom Fonts
- From the event dashboard, navigate to Onsite Check-In module
- Select Badge Fonts
- Add New Fonts
- Click the + Font button to add new fonts.
2. Select Custom Fonts
- A popup window will appear — choose Custom Fonts from the popup options.
3. Upload Font Files
- Upload your font files in .TTF format. or You can upload Multiple fonts.
4. Set Font Name

Provide a meaningful name for each uploaded custom font.
Ensure the Ensure that the font name does not exceed 19 characters. Additionally, the system does not allow the same font file to be uploaded more than once; duplicate uploads of the same file are prevented..
5. Confirm Upload
- After uploading, your fonts will appear in the Fonts Menu list and will be available for badge design.
6. Download Bagde fonts
Download fonts from the font list by clicking the Hamburger menu icon (⋮) at the end of the row.

When you click on the Hamburger menu (⋮) it will open the menu options.

Select Download, and the font will be saved to your local system.

You can downlod the multiple fonts by just checking the checkboxes.
7. Remove Badge Fonts
- Remove the fonts from the font listing.
Quick Font Tips
- Upload only .TTF files to ensure compatibility.
- Keep font names short, descriptive, and under 19 characters.
- Avoid uploading duplicate font names to prevent confusion.
