Clearing and Removing Components On a Badge

Overview

This article explains how to clear badge components such as text fields, images, and other design elements without affecting the background image. You can perform this action from the Badge Editor within the Onsite Check-In module.

Step-by-Step Approach

1. Access Badge Editor

• Navigate to Event → Onsite Check-In → Badges.
• Open the Badge Editor and select the editor badge template.
• You can remove the badge components by clicking on Brush Icon.

2. Clear Badge Components

• Click the Brush Icon located on the top-right corner of the Front or Back side of the badge.

• A pop-up titled “Clear contents from Badge Design – Front/Back” will appear showing a list of all components on that side.

• The check box other then background image are by default checked and you can uncheck them if you dont want to remove them.

• Check the boxes for the components you want to remove.

• Click Continue to remove the selected components from the badge design.

Tip: If Mirror Both Sides is enabled, clearing components on the Front side will also remove them from the Back side.
