Managing Preferred Event
Overview
The Preferred Event functionality allows users to quickly access and manage the event they are currently working on. By selecting or updating the preferred event, users can streamline navigation and ensure they are always interacting with the correct event environment.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Select current preferred event
- Navigate to the Preferred Event section in the platform.
- Review the list of available events.
- Identify the event marked as the current preferred event.
2. Select a new preferred event in the list with row actions
- Open the Events list view.
- Locate the event you want to set as preferred.
- Click the row actions menu (three dots) for that event.
- Choose Set as Preferred Event from the available actions.
3. Set any event as current event via action menu
- Open the action menu in the top navigation area.
- Browse the list of events displayed.
- Select the event you want to mark as the current event.
- The system updates the preferred event immediately after selection.
