Overview

The Check-In App enables users to efficiently manage event attendance by scanning participant QR codes. This functionality allows quick verification of participants, seamless check-in, and the ability to continue scanning multiple attendees without interruption. It ensures a smooth and fast check-in experience, especially for high-volume events.

Step-by-Step Approach

1. Access the QR Scan Menu

• Open the Check-In App on your device.
• Navigate to the application menu.
• Select the QR Scan option.
• The scanner interface will open, allowing you to scan participant QR codes.

2. Scan a Participant QR Code

• Point your device camera at the participant’s QR code.
• Ensure the QR code is clearly visible within the scanning frame.
• Once scanned, the participant’s details will appear on the screen.

3. Check In the Selected Participant

• Review the participant information displayed after scanning.
• Click on the Check In button.
• The participant will be successfully checked in.

4. Check In and Continue Scanning

• After scanning a participant, click on Check In & Scan Next.
• The participant will be checked in automatically.
• The scanner will immediately reopen, allowing you to scan the next participant without returning to the menu.
