Accessing Event Website URL as a Participant
Overview
The Event Website URL is the public-facing link for your event. From the Event Settings you can view and copy this URL to share with participants, include in promotions, or use for testing. This article explains how to expand the Event Website section and copy the event website link.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Expand the Event Website section
- Open the Event Dashboard for the event you want to manage.
- Click Event Settings from the navigation or header to open the settings panel or page.
- Locate the Event Website section in the list of settings.
- Click the Event Website section header to expand it and reveal the event website URL and related controls.
2. Copy the Event Website URL
- Inside the expanded Event Website section, find the displayed event website link.
- Click the Copy icon or Copy URL button next to the link to copy it to your clipboard.
- Paste the URL where needed (emails, social posts, registration pages, etc.).
Tip: If the Event Website section or the Copy button is not visible, check your account role and permissions — some settings are only available to users with specific access levels. Contact your administrator if you need additional access.
