Configuring Event Date Settings for the Event
Overview
Event Date Settings let you define key timelines for your event — when it is published, when registration opens, and when the event goes offline. Use the date pickers and time selectors to schedule precise publication, registration, and offline times, or remove dates if scheduling is no longer required.
Step-by-Step Approach

- Open the Event Dashboard and go to Event Settings → Event Date Settings.
- Click the section header to expand it and reveal publication, registration, and offline date controls.
2. Select Event Publication Date

5. Select Time for Event Registration Date

8. Remove the Event Publication Date
- To clear the publication schedule, click the Remove or Clear icon next to the Event Publication Date field.
- Confirm the removal if prompted; this will make the event unscheduled for automatic publication.

- To remove the registration schedule, click the Remove or Clear icon next to the Event Registration Date field.
- Confirm the removal if prompted; registration will no longer be scheduled to open automatically.
9. Remove the Event Offline Date
- To clear the offline schedule, click the Remove or Clear icon next to the Event Offline Date field.
- Confirm the removal if prompted; event will no longer be offline automatically.
Save your changes
- After making changes, click Save or Apply to commit the updated dates and times.
- Some changes may trigger warnings if they conflict with other settings (for example, a publication date after the registration date)—follow any on-screen prompts to resolve them.
Tip: Double-check time zones when scheduling dates and times to ensure the event publishes and goes offline at the intended local time.
