Configuring Arrival Event Workflow Automation
Overview
An Arrival Automation Event Workflow allows you to define what happens when a participant arrives at an event. You can configure the page the participant sees, the form they complete, the confirmation email they receive, and whether they continue to another workflow such as a survey. This helps streamline the arrival process and ensures a consistent participant experience.
Step-by-Step Approach

- Add a new Automation Event Workflow and assign it to an Arrival Template.
- Enter or edit the Name of the workflow.
- Click Save to create the workflow.

- Select the form participants must complete during the arrival stage (if your process requires one).
3. Select Pages Visible in the Workflow
