Configuring Profile Event Workflow Automation
Overview
A Profile Automation Event Workflow allows you to define what happens when a participant completes or updates their profile as part of an event workflow. You can assign a Profile Template, configure the workflow name, and define which workflow runs next. This ensures the participant journey continues smoothly and the correct actions are triggered automatically.

Step-by-Step Approach
1. Add an Automation Workflow for a Profile Template
- Add a new Automation Event Workflow and assign it to a Profile Template.
- Enter or edit the Name of the workflow.
- Click on the Save button.
2. Select Profile from the Profile Select Field
- Open the Profile select field.
- Select the Profile Template to be used in this workflow.
3. Select Next Workflow from the Next Workflow Select Field
- Open the Next Workflow select field.
- Select the workflow that should run after the Profile workflow has been completed.
4. Click on Save Button
- Click the Save button to apply and activate the Profile Automation Event Workflow.
