Configuring Payment Waiting List Event Workflow Automation

Step-by-Step Approach
1. Add an Automation Workflow for a Payment Waiting List Template
- Add a new Automation Event Workflow and assign it to a Payment Waiting List Template.
- Enter or edit the Name of the workflow.
- Click on Save button.
2. Enter or Edit Event Participant Capacity
- Enter or update the Event Participant Capacity value.
- This defines the maximum number of participants allowed before the waiting list is activated.
3. Enter or Edit Maximum Time to Complete Registration
- Enter the maximum allowed time for a participant to complete registration.
- This ensures places are released if a participant does not complete the process in time.
4. Enter or Edit Duration
- Enter or update the duration values used within the waiting list workflow.
5. Select Forms from the Forms Select Field
- Select the required Form from the Forms dropdown field.
- This form collects information during the waiting list or payment process.
6. Select Additional Content Pages in This Workflow
- Open the “Additional content pages in this workflow” field.
- Select any additional pages to display during the workflow.
7. Select a Thank You Email
- Select the Thank You Email template to send after successful completion.
8. Select a Thank You Page
- Select the Thank You Page that displays after successful completion.
9. Select a Payment Failed Page
- Select the Payment Failed Page shown when a payment is unsuccessful.
10. Select a Decline Workflow
- Choose the Decline Workflow to define what happens when a payment or registration is declined.
11. Select a Next Workflow
- Select the Next Workflow that runs once payment or waiting list processing is completed.
12. Enter or Edit Order Pending Stage Name
- Enter or update the Order Pending Stage Name.
- This stage reflects when an order is still in process.
13. Enter or Edit Order Completed Stage Name
- Enter or update the Order Completed Stage Name.
- This stage reflects when payment and order completion are successful.
14. Select or Unselect “Use Waiting List”
- Select this option to enable waiting list functionality.
- Unselect it if you do not want to use a waiting list.
15. Click Save
- Click the Save button to apply and activate the Payment Waiting List Automation Event Workflow.
