Archiving and Restoring sub-participants

The Archive functionality allows users to manage sub-participants by removing them from the active participant list without permanently deleting their data. Archived sub-participants can still be accessed and restored when needed. This ensures flexibility in managing participant records while maintaining historical data for reporting and auditing purposes.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. View Archived Sub-Participants
- Navigate to the Participant module within the event.
- Access the filter or view options available in the participant listing.
- Select the Archived filter or status to display archived sub-participants.
- The system will display all sub-participants that have been archived, along with their relevant details such as name, email, and previous status.
2. Restore Archived Sub-Participants
- From the archived sub-participants list, locate the participant you want to restore.
- Select the sub-participant record.
- Click on the Restore option.
- Confirm the action (if prompted).
3. Verify Restored Participant

Once restored:
- The sub-participant will be moved back to the active participant list within the event.
- All associated data, including details, activities, and communication history, will remain intact.
- Verify that the participant is visible under the active list and reflects the correct status.
Result
- Users can easily access archived sub-participants without losing historical data.
- Archived records can be restored at any time for continued participation or updates.
