In events where Multi-Registration or Group Registration is enabled, both main participants and their associated sub-participants can be assigned to one or more activities. The platform allows users to validate and manage these activity assignments efficiently, ensuring accurate participation tracking.
Within the activity management or check-in interface, users can view all participants—both primary and sub-participants—linked to a selected activity. This provides better visibility and control during session management, attendance validation, and on-site coordination.
It is important to ensure that when a registration is cancelled, all related activity and session assignments are properly updated. The platform automatically handles the unassignment of activities and sessions upon cancellation. Users can validate that both main and sub-participants are removed from all associated activities, ensuring accurate session capacity management and preventing invalid attendance records.

1. View Main and Sub-Participants Assigned to an Activity
Steps:
- On the Event Dashboard, navigate to Activity Management.
- Go to Activities.
- Select the desired activity for which you want to validate participants.
- Open the participant list associated with the selected activity.
- Review the list displaying all assigned participants.

- Each participant is displayed as an individual entry, even if they belong to the same group registration.
