Configuring Email Campaign Details
Overview
This article explains how users can configure campaign-level settings for an email within an event. It covers selecting the appropriate email provider, defining the campaign type, managing CC recipients, enabling or disabling tracking pixels, handling subject translations, and removing configurations when necessary.
By following these steps, users can ensure the email campaign is configured accurately before sending it to recipients.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Navigate to Campaign Details
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to CRM.
- Select the Email Campaign submenu.
- Select the email campaign you want to configure.
- Open the Campaign Details section.
2. Configure Campaign Settings
Email Provider
- Locate the Email Provider select field.
- Choose the appropriate provider from the available list.
- The selected provider will be used to send the email campaign.
Ensure the provider is properly configured and authenticated before sending.
Email Campaign Type
- Locate the Email Campaign Type select field.
- Choose the applicable campaign type (e.g., Invitation, Reminder, Follow-up).
- The selected type may affect reporting, automation rules, or categorization.
CC Field
- In the CC field, enter one or more email addresses that should receive a copy of the campaign.
- Separate multiple email addresses using commas (if applicable).
- You can modify this field before sending the campaign.
Tracking Pixel
- Enable the Tracking Pixel option to track email opens and engagement metrics.
- Disable (unselect) the option if tracking is not required.
When enabled, tracking helps monitor open rates and campaign performance.
View Translated Email Subject Fields
- If multiple languages are selected for the event, the Translate Email Subject fields will automatically appear.
- Enter the subject line translation for each available language.
- This ensures recipients receive the subject line in their preferred event language.
Delete Email Campaign
- Click on the Trash icon.
- Confirm the deletion action when prompted.
- Use this option carefully, as deleted configurations may not be recoverable.

Once these settings are configured, your email campaign will have the correct provider, campaign classification, CC recipients, tracking preferences, and multilingual subject configuration — ensuring accurate delivery and reporting aligned with event requirements.
