Adding and Configuring Panel for an Email Template
Overview
The Email Builder allows users to design and customize email campaigns using flexible content blocks such as Panels. A Panel helps group related content elements like text and images, making emails more structured and visually appealing. This guide explains how to add, configure, and manage Panels within an email campaign, along with how participants can validate the final content.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Add a Panel
- On the Event Dashboard, go to the Content module.
- Click on Email Campaigns.
- Select an existing campaign or create a new one.
- Go to the Design tab and click the Edit Template button.
- Locate the Panel component from the available elements.
- Drag and drop the Panel into the desired section of the email layout.
2. Configure Panel Settings
Basic Panel Configuration
- Click on the added Panel to open its settings.
- Enter or edit the Panel ID to uniquely identify the panel.
- Select the appropriate Section Version Type from the dropdown field.
- Enter or edit the Panel Title as required.
Text Field Configuration Within Panel

For each text field inside the Panel:
- Enter or edit the ID individually.
- Enter or edit the Title individually.
- Customize the content using the available styling and formatting options (e.g., font size, color, alignment, etc.).
- Update the text directly within the email builder interface.
Image Configuration
- Select the image element within the Panel.
- Choose the appropriate Target from the dropdown field (e.g., link behavior or redirection settings).
3.Reposition the Title Line
- Drag the Title Line component to move it within the layout.
- Place it in the desired position in the email structure.
4. Remove the Title Line
- Select the Title Line component.
- Click on the Remove/Delete option.
5. Participant Validation
As a Participant, you can:
- View the email content containing the configured Panel.

Validate that:
- The Panel content (text and images) is displayed correctly.
- Formatting and styling appear as intended.
- Links or image targets function properly.
This process ensures that Panels are effectively used to organize and enhance email content while maintaining flexibility and consistency across campaigns.
