Accessing and Managing the Audience Listing
Overview
The Email Campaign module allows users to access and manage audience details associated with a specific campaign. Users can view the audience listing, check email recipient details along with their email status, and perform single-row actions such as viewing detailed information or updating specific fields. This functionality helps users monitor email delivery and manage audience data effectively.
Step-by-Step Approach:
1. Access the Audience Listing
- On the Event Dashboard, go to the Content module.
- Click on Email Campaigns.
- Select an existing campaign or create a new one.
- Click on Audiences to access the audience listing.
2. View Email Recipient Details and Status
- Review the list of audience members displayed.
- Verify recipient details such as name, email address, and other associated information.
- Check the Email Status (e.g., sent, delivered, failed, pending) for each recipient.
3. Execute Single Row Action: View Details
- Select a specific audience record from the list.
- Click on the View Details action.
- Review detailed information related to the selected recipient and email activity.
4. Execute Single Row Action: Update Field
- Select a specific audience record from the list.
- Click on the Update Field action.
- Edit the required field values as needed.
- Save the changes to update the audience record.

You can successfully access audiences within an email campaign, review recipient details and email statuses, and perform single-row actions to view details or update fields, ensuring effective audience management and communication tracking.
