Accessing and Managing participant listing Within An Email Campaign
Overview
The Email Campaign module allows users to access and manage participants associated with a specific event. Users can view the participant listing, review participant details, and perform bulk actions such as sending emails. The multirow Email action enables users to trigger emails to selected participants by configuring key settings such as Email Field and Email Schedule.
Step-by-Step Approach:
1. Access the Participant Listing
- On the Event Dashboard, go to the Content module.
- Click on Email Campaigns.
- Select an existing campaign or create a new one.
- Click on Participants to access the participant listing.
2. View Participants Within the Email Campaign
- Review the list of participants displayed.
- Verify details such as participant name, email address, and other relevant information.
- Use search or filter options (if available) to find specific participants.
3. Execute Multirow Action: Email
- Select one or more participants from the list.
- Click on the Multirow Actions option.
- Choose Email from the available actions.
- This will initiate the email trigger setup for the selected participants.
4. Configure Email Settings
- In the Email configuration panel, configure the following:
- Email Field: Select the field that contains the participant’s email address.
- Email Schedule: Define when the email should be sent (immediately or scheduled for a later time).
- Review the settings and confirm the action.
Result:
You can successfully access participants associated with an email campaign, review their details, and trigger emails using multirow actions with properly configured email settings, ensuring efficient and targeted communication with participants.
