Accessing and Managing Email Campaigns within an Event

The Email Campaigns feature within an event allows users to create, view, and manage communication sent to participants. Users can access a comprehensive list of email campaigns, review detailed configurations, switch between different viewing formats, and create new campaigns. This ensures efficient management and tracking of event communications.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access Email Campaigns
- On the Event dashboard, navigate to the Content module.
- Select the Email Campaigns sub-menu.
- The Email Campaigns listing page will be displayed.
2. View the Email Campaigns List
- On the listing screen, you can view all existing email campaigns.
- The list includes the following columns:
- Name
- From Email
- From Name
- Subject
- CC
- Reply Email
- Bounce Email
- Base URL
- Tracking Pixel
- Header
- Footer
- Theme
- Date Created
- Email Campaign Type
3. Change the Listing View
- Locate the view toggle option on the Email Campaigns page.
- Switch from the default list view to Thumb View.
- Verify that the campaigns are displayed in a thumbnail-style layout.
4. Add a New Email Campaign
- Click on the Add Email Campaign button.
- Enter the required details such as:
- Campaign Name
- Email configuration fields (From Email, Subject, etc.)
- Configure additional settings as needed.
- Save the campaign to add it to the list.
5. Execute Multi-Row / Single Actions
- Use the available bulk action options to perform the following:
- Add Header: Apply or update a header across selected email campaigns.
- Add Footer: Apply or update a footer across selected email campaigns.
- Change Theme: Update the theme for one or multiple selected campaigns.
- Update Field: Modify specific fields across selected campaigns.
6. Execute Single Row Actions
- For individual email campaigns, use the action menu to perform:
- View Details: Open and review the complete configuration of the selected campaign.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the selected email campaign for reuse or modification.
- Delete: Remove the selected email campaign from the list.
